What resulted in the contrasts above? To my understanding, at least two reasons can account for this phenomenon. Another, the residents choose exercise with friends or family and participate in group activities might because they need communication outside of work to restore vatility. No matter which sports exercise methods, they can all relax their body and mind.

As a member of residents, we encourage everyone to exercise and maintain physical health. We could employ various sports exercise methods to add interest to the sport.
